All prices are rounded to the nearest quarter, so our drivers don't have to carry nickels and dimes. We do not always have change for $100 unless you're buying $80 worth of food. Drivers do not carry more than $20 in change, so please no $50 or $100 without prior notice. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and in-store only we also accept ApplePay and SamsungPay. We forgot the pepperoni because we were busy! We love you! We want you to have the pepperoni. We're just humans and sometimes we make mistakes. We didn't forget pepperoni on your pizza because we hate you. We actually hate making mistakes as much as you hate us making them.
So please remember that any mistakes made are not malicious. We strive to bring you the correct order, on time, every time.

All our drivers are trained to knock (loudly) several times, then they call your number, then they call the store, and the store will call your number. If you won't answer the door, or the phone, the pizza delivery driver will have to come back to the store with your food. Please stay by your phone in case your pizza delivery driver needs to call you. I can't believe that people who weren't even alive when that commercial aired still bring that up.

No, your pizza delivery is not free if it's delivered outside the estimate window. We will try and give you an accurate delivery time, but sometimes we guess wrong. If the estimate is "about 30 minutes" be aware that means around 25 - 35 minutes.
Those are not us, and we can't honor anything found on those websites.
Friendly reminder that there are also Pizza Shuttles in different states with different websites, menu items, and prices. Even if you do get your pizza, it will be 30% expensive than if you just order through our website. That's not us and you may not get your pizza. We do not sell on any 3rd party website, so please, please don't order from places like Grubhub, UberEats, or Doordash.
Currently, if it's not bright red and gold, I didn't make it, and it's not for this store. We are not required to honor prices, discounts, or refunds from other stores, archived websites, 3rd party websites, old paper menus, or old coupon books. The different stores have been operated by separate individuals since 2019. Prices, menu items, and coupons may differ between stores.
